Return Policy
At Stride Lab Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused
In brand new condition
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by all original accessories, documentation, tags, and promotional items
Items returned in used condition, with missing parts, or without proper packaging may be refused or subject to a partial deduction where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide either:
a Return Authorization (RA) number, or
a prepaid return label, if your order qualifies for free returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Packaging Instructions
Please package your return carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Shoes:
Shoeboxes must be placed inside a protective outer bag or shipping box. Please do not place shipping labels directly on the original shoebox. The shoebox must be returned unmarked and undamaged.
Apparel, accessories, and other items:
If your order was delivered in a box, you may reuse that box. If it arrived in a mailer bag, please reseal it securely before returning.
If a return label is provided, attach it to the outside of the package. If an RA number is issued instead, please write it clearly on the outside of the package.
Improperly packaged returns may be refused.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following standards:
Shoes
Shoes must be tried on indoors only and returned with no signs of wear, dirt, scuffing, sock lint, or damage.
Apparel
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Accessories
Accessories must be unused and returned in original packaging where applicable. Sealed items must remain unopened.
Electronics
Electronics must be returned exactly as received and must not be turned on, activated, tested, or used.
Sealed / consumable products
Any consumable, personal care, or other sealed product must be unopened and unused to qualify for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly
Please allow up to 2 business days for return processing after delivery to our facility
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the original order date.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If a product is listed as Final Sale on the product page at the time of purchase, that designation will apply even if not repeated elsewhere.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Final Sale items
Opened or used consumable products
Opened sealed items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized items
Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or included components
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
the item was damaged on arrival
the item is defective
the wrong item was shipped
If you are shipping the return yourself, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Stride Lab Shop is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Free Returns
Some orders may qualify for free return shipping. If eligible, a prepaid return label will be provided.
We reserve the right to limit or deny free return privileges in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive return activity.
Missing Items or Incomplete Returns
All returned items must include everything originally received. If your return is missing any included item, accessory, packaging, tag, or documentation, we may:
deny the return, or
apply a reasonable deduction from the refund amount where permitted
Used items or ineligible returns may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We do our best to accommodate order changes or cancellations. However, orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
