Shipping Information
At Stride Lab Shop, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the next business day.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that orders shipping to an address different from the billing address may require additional processing time.
Most orders ship from our fulfillment location, while certain oversized or specialty items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Expedited Shipping
Please note that FedEx Next Day Air orders placed on Friday are not delivered on Saturday. These shipments are typically scheduled for delivery on Monday, as FedEx Express services generally do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on most orders of $75 or more shipping within the continental United States.
Please note that some exclusions apply. Free shipping may not be available for certain oversized or heavy items, including:
- ball machines
- balls
- court equipment
- other restricted items as noted at checkout
At this time, free shipping is not available for Hawaii or Alaska.
Tracking Information
When available, a tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after your order has shipped. Tracking updates may not appear immediately.
Delivery
Shipping times and delivery costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Available shipping methods may include standard, expedited, and priority services, depending on the destination and the products in your order.
Shipping Packaging
To reduce cardboard waste and shipping weight, orders containing 1 to 3 pairs of shoes may be shipped without an additional outer box. In these cases, the shoe boxes may be wrapped securely in protective plastic packaging.
If you require your order to be shipped in a cardboard box, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Weather Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, severe or inclement weather such as snow, ice, or transportation disruptions may cause shipping delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations as carriers work to deliver packages as safely and quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to manufacturer policies, some products cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Any shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
Tennis Balls and Heavy Items
Because of their size and weight, cases of tennis balls and certain heavy items may not qualify for flat-rate or free shipping promotions.
Shipping charges for these items vary based on:
- order quantity
- package weight
- destination
Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
APO/FPO and International Shipping
Shipping options for APO/FPO addresses, Canada, and other destinations may vary depending on the product and carrier availability.
